Yan Wang holds an M.A. in Political Theory from East China Normal University. During her master’s studies, her research focused on child participation and child policy. She is currently a predoctoral researcher at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where she continues to study child-related policies and the transnational diffusion of children’s rights norms. She is also interested in China’s eldercare policies and issues related to long-term care for older adults.
