Yvane Vial Doctoral researcher in the PhD Programme in Politics, Policies and International Relations at UAB-IGOP. His research focuses on multi-level governance and preventive health policy, exploring how governance structures shape policy variation in non-communicable disease prevention across and within EU member states. By bridging comparative public policy and multi-level governance theory, he investigates the EU’s differentiated governance role in translating WHO norms, and why Spanish Autonomous Communities diverge so markedly despite operating under the same supranational and national frameworks.
