Pedro Costa master in Public Policies from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), specialist in Public Management from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), and graduated in Social Sciences from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). He is a civil servant in the Brazilian federal government, responsible for regulations in the solar energy and energy efficiency sector. He is currently on leave for his doctoral studies, where he is investigating topics in environmental labour and labour regimes in the global production of the photovoltaic industry. Previously, he researched determinants of environmental innovation and collaboration in transnational R&D networks.
