Lara Maestripieri IGOPLara Maestripieri holds a PhD in Sociology and Social Research, awarded by the University of Trento (2011). She is a Serra Hunter Lecturer in Sociology of Work at the Department of Sociology of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her research interests concern social change in post-industrial society, and in particular, her contributions focus on economic insecurity, social innovation in social policy, and emerging professions. Her research has primarily focused on studying youth and women as vulnerable social groups in Southern European labour markets.
