Lara Maestripieri IGOPLara Maestripieri is a lecturer in Sociology of Work at the Department of Sociology, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She is a member of the research institute IGOP (Institute of Government and Public Policy) and a member of QUIT (Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work). Her research interests focus on social change in post-industrial society and its effects on youth and women in the labour market. Her most recent publications appeared in the International Journal of Social Welfare, Current Sociology and Southern European Societies and Politics.

AREAS OF INTEREST

Public policies and intersectionality, economic insecurity in southern Europe, social innovation, emerging professions, qualitative methods.
