Adriana Offredi Rodriguez is a first-year PhD student in Politics, Policies and International Relations at the Institute of Government and Public Policies (IGOP) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her research project focuses on the field of labor policies and work-family reconciliation and the relationship with migration policies. She has collaborated as Marga León’s research assistant for the Investing in Children project of the Spanish Government’s Ministry of Science and Innovation. Previously, she obtained the Master’s Degree in Social Policy and Community Action from the IGOP and a degree in Law from the Universitá degli Studi di Torino. She has also worked as an international aid worker in different countries and has coordinated social inclusion and promotion projects funded by the EU and AICS (Italian Development Cooperation Agency).
