The new website of the GPOL project is presented, which analyzes the role of gender in shaping citizens’ political attitudes and behaviors
The research project GPOL (The Dynamics of Gender Polarization), from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), has taken a new step in its dissemination strategy with the launch of its official website, a space that centralizes the objectives, advances and results of this scientific initiative.
The new website was created with the aim of facilitating access to information for both the research community and policymakers and interested citizens, in line with the commitment to knowledge transfer that characterizes the project.
GPOL is a research project led by Eva Anduiza that investigates the growing role of gender in shaping citizens’ political attitudes and behaviors in contemporary Spain. The project examines three interconnected dimensions of gender-related polarization: the widening of attitudinal and behavioral gaps between men and women, the growing disagreement around gender-related issues and the evolution of public perceptions of feminism as a political movement.
