This network is made up of universities from Argentina, Brazil and Ecuador, as well as the Autonomous University of Barcelona. On the part of the IGOP, the main researcher is Nicol\u00e1s Barbieri, who participated in the &#8220;Indicators in Art and Culture: Challenges in Project, Program and Institutions Evaluation&#8221;, recently organized by this network in the city of Buenos Aires.
