\"LauraLaura Roth<\/strong> is interested in democratic theory, feminism, political culture and institutional design, as well as social movements and the construction of power \u201cfrom below.\u201d She works on issues of radical municipalism and feminist ways of doing politics. <\/p>\n

She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at IGOP. Her project \u201cThe Politics of Radical Municipalism\u201d studies the relationship between current debates in democratic theory and concrete experiences of radical municipalism around the world. She was previously a postdoctoral researcher on the project \u201cVive la Commune. Communalism as Democratic Repertoire\u201d (Radboud University\/Universitat Jaume I), as well as a professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. <\/p>\n

Laura worked as a consultant and advisor for institutions such as the European Union, United Cities and Local Governments, Barcelona City Council, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, Decidim.org<\/a> and Fundaction.eu<\/a> , among others.<\/p>\n
