\"JoaoJo\u00e3o Monteiro<\/strong> holds a MSc in Comparative Social Policy, awarded by the University Oxford (2021), and an Honours Degree in Political Science and International Relations, from NOVA University Lisbon (2020). As part of his degree, he visited Sciences Po under the Erasmus+ programme. He is a research assistant in the project \u201cBACK IN TOWN \u2013 The role of industrial relations and social dialogue in supporting young people\u2019s employment and social inclusion at an urban level\u201d. His main research interests concern social policy, labour market institutions, and industrial relations. He has also worked in the public sector and public-private partnerships at an international level, including the NCD Alliance, the COVAX Facility at Gavi, and the Delegation of the European Union to the UN and other international organisations in Geneva.<\/p>\n
