Lara Maestripieri<\/strong> is a lecturer in Sociology of Work at the Department of Sociology, Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona. She is a member of the research institute IGOP (Institute of Government and Public Policy) and a member of QUIT (Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work). Her research interests focus on social change in post-industrial society and its effects on youth and women in the labour market.
