Raquel Gallego <\/strong>is Full Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB), where she is also Senior Researcher at the Institute of Government and Public Policies (IGOP). She holds a Ph.D. in Government and an M.Sc. in Public Administration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is also M.Phil. in Political Science and Bachelor (Licenciatura) in Political Science and Sociology by the UAB. She was Director of IGOP (2016-19) and Coordinator of the Master in Public Management (2001-2016, 2020-2023), which is jointly organised by UAB, Universitat de Barcelona, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She has published 9 books, 58 book chapters, and 40 articles in journals such as European Societies, Journal of Public Policy, Social Indicators Research, Governance, Current Sociology, International Public Management Journal, Public Administration \u2013An International Quarterly, Public Administration Review, and Public Policy and Administration. Her research interests are: public policy analysis, public administration and management, public sector reform, Welfare State and social policies (health, education, social services, housing), and state decentralisation.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.24.3″ link_text_color=”#0C71C3″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n
