Alice Lancien<\/strong> Alice Lancien is candidate (2018) in the PhD program Politics, policies and internatioinal relations, Universitat aut\u00f3noma de Barcelona (IGOP), in international joint supervision with Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre (UMR 7218-LAVUE ). She holds a Msc in Social Sciences and Urban Planning from the Institut d\u2019Urbanisme de Paris and a Bachelor in Architecture from l\u2019\u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019architecture de Marseille (France). Her doctoral research is supervised by Dr. Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Bacqu\u00e9 (Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre) as well as Dr. Ismael Blanco (UAB) and focuses in case studies in Paris and Barcelona. Her research aims to understand what role young people play in public spaces in a context of urban transformations. She\u2019s been invited researcher in \u00c9cole des hautes \u00e9tudes hispaniques et ib\u00e9riques (Casa de Vel\u00e1zquez, Madrid) from 2019 to 2021. From 2010 to 2018 she has been working as an urban planner specialized in civic participation within the cooperative Raons P\u00fabliques Sccl and as a community network. Agent at Barcelona Community Plan for Roquetes borough.
